Called the facility to ask if they offer a 24 hour access to clients storage units. And I was met with attitude and was treated like I was crazy for wanting access to my belongings 24 hours a day. The lady on the phone tried to say they don’t like their customers coming after dark because there a family ran business who is sitting on the couch watching wheel of fortune, when I asked her what that had to do with me getting my belongings out of a storage unit, she told me it would not be a good fit and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. Don’t see why anyone would rent from them

I used the concord location and was an awesome experience for my storage needs. Staff were very friendly and prompt. I was moving into town from out of state and they were very helpful with making the set up over phone convenient. Location is great, clean, secure, well lit and maintained. I love that it's 24 hour access. Highly recommend!
Great management and clean facilities.
The corridors/corners are very tight. Navigating a rental truck is difficult.
