There was a African American gentleman there today that I met, he was so helpful I really want to tell him thank you... he was very considerate. Great employee to keep and have around.
The staff is excellent and more than willing to make the moving experience as hassle-free as possible. Natalie was the staff member that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and kind and even helped md back in the trailer I had rented into its parking spot. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone that is moving or needs storage.
Kayla and Natalie were AWESOME!! So friendly and easy to work with. And this location is priced very competitively, it’s convenient, clean and well kept. I was excited to find such a nice facility that was so reasonably priced and easy to work with. Thanks!!
My husband and I used Midgard Storage on Cason Lane in Murfreesboro when we moved and needed to store our stuff. It is an extremely clean facility, safe, and easy to access. When we had an issue with our account, James Viniskey, one of the managers there, stepped in and resolved it right away. Very friendly and accountable. I would recommend this business!
Great experience and great customer service. Natalie and James took great care of us.
