This was my 3rd Storage Facility I visited and by far the cleanest and friendliest staff. The manager, Ty, answered all my questions and was super helpful. Love the property, felt secure and clean. Definitely happy with my choice and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean safe self-storage facility.10/10
Fantastic experience!!! My husband rented a 10x10 unit this week and he came home raving about the easy and friendly process provide by TY at the StorPlace on Veterans Parkway. Ty is absolutely great to work with. I have had to change sizes in my storage shed a couple of times and he was very understanding about it. He is very friendly and always has a smile. Thank you Ty for all your help!!!
