Kandi was excellent in helping me find the right storage unit for my car. Great customer service & very professional. Great location for me. Called several other storage facilities & none could match the prices. Will definitely recommend to others.
If your looking for a nice place to store those items you don't have room for at home or business this is your place. Friendly people in the office very helpful. Nice setup with the entrance and exit. Multiple ways to get around the area so if there are other people at units that block one way there are more ways to get around. Units are nice and clean, doors work well.
I came here after looking at 2 other storage places. Both women that helped me were very professional and were detailed about everything that I was doing and signing. I would recommend this place to anyone
This place is doing shady things. If you want them to cut your lock and put you in auction fee status way too early for legal purposes, go ahead but BUYER BEWARE. They are NOT customer oriented. They are money oriented. Nothing else matters to them. They went as far as trying to not give me immediate access to my storage items after I've been paid in full for a WEEK. If i could give them less stars i would.
Had great customer service! Jennifer is helpful as always helpful. Came back to rent a second time just because of her!
