Lori has been amazing from the day we moved in to our move out date. We are even using them to store our travel trailer. She went above and beyond and helped us figure out some things in the area since we are new to Tennessee. Could not recommend this place or Lori more!!
My experience with StorPlace was very positive. The manager, Lori, worked with me to obtain a storage unit on short notice as I was executing military orders. She even volunteered to act as a releasing agent when the contracted movement agency arrived to move my items to my new duty station. The unit was very clean, and there is a large selection of reasonably priced units that are air-conditioned and heated as well. I cannot recommend them enough.
Lori the Property Manager is awesome. We have been with this storage company for 6+ years and she is always friendly and helpful. She even allowed us the use of another unit for three days to move around some items that we had sold. We highly recommend this storage unit company as it is always very clean and safe. We appreciate Lori!
