I have been a customer with this facility since they opened and have nothing but good things to say about this company. They have kind employees that are very accessible, well lit area, and a wide variety of sizes to choose from. I have a 10x20 unit that has been so nice to have to store my children's items as well as furniture. I will continue to stay with them and recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I looked all over for a 10x20 and was lucky to be put on the waiting list and quickly get a unit as soon as it became available. The customer service was very well appreciated and they patiently walked me through every step of the process to renting a unit online. The facility is secure, well lit, and clean, I couldn't ask for more!

I rented from this storage unit because it was well lit and had a fence with barb wire on top and cameras.nBut all of those things are miss representation cause I had my unit broken into and everything cleared out of it I had one of the best locks you can get on there and still they broken in to and stole stuff that was priceless to me. When I contacted the owner I was told oh well the cameras don’t work so well. And when the officers came out to take my report I find out that those cameras don’t work at all I and there’s been 4 other units broken into with in the last month the owner has not updated anything reported the theft to other renters about possible theft nothing I urge anyone that has a unit here if you have things that are precise or expensive to move them out go get another unit. You don’t want the feelings that my wife and I are experiencing now

I recently moved here from Chicago due to an unfortunate event and needed a secure location to store my items. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received and the ease of getting a unit all from the online portal. I was able to rent my unit, set up recurring billing, and get my items into my storage unit all in a single day. If you are looking for a convenient location to store your items even for just a short time and a clean facility, this is your spot.

I moved here from California and am used to large facilities with long waiting lists and impersonal customer service. I stumbled upon five star storage looking online to store my painting supplies and canvas and am very happy with my decision to store here. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
