Don Stacey at the Tullahoma location was extremely helpful. He made sure that we understood the entire process of renting a unit. He walked outside and physically showed us how to enter our gate code. He was super friendly. He was very patient with us while we were cleaning our unit out and even gave us a call to thank us for how clean we left our unit. Don Stacey is an outstanding employee for USA Storage Centers. I highly recommend you go see him for all your storage needs!
I chose this storage facility for location only. That decision was rewarded with some of the best customer service I have ever received. In downsizing to a smaller home I found myself in need of storage for some of my finer furnishings. This brand new facility in Tullahoma met all those needs and more. The cleanliness of the unit and the friendliness of the staff is always apparent at every visit. Don Stacy's personality is perfect for managing this facility . Couldn't ask for a nicer guy . Almost feels like dealing with family.
