I made an appointment for my fiancée to get his Kia Sportage oxygen sensor changed at this shop, the guy on the phone sounded very confident about doing the job. My fiancée took time off of work to take it there for his appointment and they turned him away acting like they had no idea how to change an oxygen sensor on the Kia... the first guy said the job was free since we had our own part but we told him we’d pay if they’d just replace it for us and they wouldn’t. To me that’s a little ridiculous and was a huge waste of our time and in turn actually cost us money because of missing work.
