These shady individuals are In the business of selling vehicles that are not road worthy to the elderly. The vehicles can not be tagged because they are not in drivable condition when sold. Not to mention the inflation of the price is 3 times the blue book value. Do not by sell or trade with these individuals, unless you enjoy being robbed by someone with a smile on their face!
