I have to say Southgate has treated me good so far wanting to buy one here but I believe I have to prove my self they worked with me to get in here great people I am hopeing I get a chance to buy

Haven't lived here very long, but I've had a pretty great experience so far. I rent one of the newer trailers and have had very few problems so far. The few problems I do have get fixed very quickly and they do the job very well. Very impressed so far and looking forward to the rest of my time renting here.

Lived there for a year !! Wasn't the Worst place I've ever lived.. Had a pretty cool roommate and lived a fairly decent life!!
