Twra has jacked this place up ... They are over paid and have no clue to what they are doing
we had a great Dove Shoot.The fields were well tended and the Agriculture dept did an outstanding job.
Visited here with my son after opening day. We found a very well managed public dove field with lots of birds and space. Even though there were lots of people, we never felt crowded or unsafe because there is just so much room to spread out! We don't live nearby but will definitely be back whenever we are in the area. Well done TWRA.
Great spots for hiking and bird watching but we run into a lot of deer hunters every time we go here.
Great area to hunt. The Quail Focus Area provides some fair habitat to hunt quail, rabbit, woodcock, waterfowl, and even dove. Also a great area to work dogs.
