Coffee County Juvenile Court

This courthouse is communism run under tyranny. I went into this courthouse which is a public place. The supreme court has ruled that any public place I am free to video record. I also have the right to video record our public SERVANTS in the course of their duties. When I went into this courthouse the officer ( who works for me and is employed by me the tax payer) was outright nasty towards me and threatened me with arrest if I video recorded in the courthouse. He said it is judges orders? Judges orders trump the constitution and my 1st amendment right to free press? And this is a place that is supposed to represent freedom? The officer said I cannot video record (his) prisoners. Someone needs to school these clowns in costumes about the supreme courts ruling about how I have every right to video record anything I can see from the public, including prisoners. There is NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY IN PUBLIC. I guess they missed that part of their training. I guess the next time I am up there I will challenge my civil rights against their tyranny. When they arrest me they will be paying me a very handsome fee. Don't let a clown in a costume tell you that you can't record in public. You have every right to record prisoners, police officers, judges or anyone else that is in the public eye and if they don't like it, tough because it is the law of the land.

This place is completely unethical they railroad the people for such minor offenses with the court cost and fines. Completely ridiculous to be penalized so severe because that’s how they get paid. Unfair. I’m from out of town, will not be coming back to Tennessee anytime soon ud83dude21. Not minimizing that an offense was committed, but it shouldn’t cost you this outlandish amount of thousand dollar penalty

Ridiculous the amount for citations and charge a $14 fee to use a card. Getting over on American Citizens something should be done about this ...nThey should be ashamed

The ladies in the circuit clerks office were a big help to me a few days ago i was overwhelmed and couldnt make head nor tails out of the useless paperwork i had the other day but they found the answer to my questions .They had to go into archives because the system doesnt go back that far which makes it more work for them but they did it without complaining and even done extended searching for me. Thank you ladies you have no idea how much that helped me. I I hope yal are having a good Holiday and may God bless you!!!!
