Melanie Martin was awesome! First time having her do my taxes an she was by far the best to do mine. Made it fast an easy for me an had all my information ready to go an knew what she was doing as soon as I sat down. I’ve been coming to this same location for my taxes for many years now an she was by far the best. Thank you Jackson Hewitt an Thank you to Melanie.

I haven't had any problems with Jackson Hewitt these past 5 years, but this year, it's just been very scary now due to poor decision by one agent. It seemed great at first. They were professional, kind, and courteous. And not that they still aren't being kind, but there has been one or two mistakes on their end that could have, and should have totally been avoidable. It could very well, and most likely will, damage my taxes this year. I hate making this negative review, because I loved Jackson Hewitt, but everything this year has been more negative obstacles than normal. It's a great possibility that it'll only increase. I'm just scared, really. Once again, sorry. Thanks

Latonia Gill was GREAT!!! She was so easy to work with and forms I did not quite understand she helped me figure out what was what. Super friendly, double checked the work, and make sure the process went it needed to!! Awesome work!!

I ALWAYS go to Jackson Hewitt in WalMart each year to have my taxes filed. Regardless the time I go during tax season, a worker is quick to work with me, helpful , professional and I have never left feeling anything but confident about the way the process was handled. Heather Corbin has filed mine a couple times and ALWAYS does an amazing job !!! In the years to come I will request for her to be the tax preparer that I use !
