Oh so beautiful ud83dude0d the rapids are intimidating, but mesmerizing to watch. There were lots of people rafting through, and it looked rough, but must have been lots of fun. The views and the sounds here, were amongst the best we experienced during our time at the smokies. If you are in the area, this is worth a stop.
This is a beautiful place to stop and see the waterfall without having to hike. Great picture spot. It is right off the road so it is easily accessible for anyone. There is also a waterfall higher up if you are up for the hike.
The Sinks has always been a favorite spot of ours when we come to the Smokey's. It is so mesmerizing to watch the force of the water come over the rocks. Great spot for pictures and there is a hike that is equally as nice as others in the area. This is NOT a swimming hole though and the rush of the water in this spot is very dangerous.
Nice spot to stop off..
