This place was PACKED! So many people, the lines were long. BUT the employees were VERY helpful and were working so hard. They opened up all of the registers and had people going through in no time. Efficient, well managed store.
Very poor employee compliance with masking. The employees tend to wear them as chin straps. I don't know who is in charge of this store but it was the worst Kroger I have experienced before the pandemic, I always thought the employees were ok before but this stupidity has really turned me off.
I visited this location for the first time today and I find it distasteful to see an elderly woman outside bringing several carts in when there’s plenty of younger associates that should be out there getting some exercise in. Maybe this woman wanted to bring the carts in but for me if that was my grandmother I’d prefer her not be out there doing what the younger folks should be doing. . .
Been going here for years, it's a great store but they have a long, long way to go with Grocery Pickup. The amount of cancelled items and substitutions is just ridiculous
