Brittany was a good listener and answered every question completely. The facility is clean and well laid out. They have push carts and a good variety of room sizes. Prices very good for the quality of the facility.

The facility and staff of the Mini Storage Depot on Chapman Highway have set the bar high! The facility is sparkling clean and the people, especially Kenny, are kind and knowledgeable.nnThe day we rented our unit was blazing hot and sticky humid. We had had several set backs that day, trying to get my daughter's things out of last year's college apartment and into storage for just a few weeks until school started back. It was just the two of us and a U-Haul full of heavy furniture. By the time we got to the Mini Storage Depot on Chapman Hwy, I wanted to just dump the whole trailer off the bridge and go home.nnWhen we walked in to the office, Kenny began to set up our account. We soon discovered that I had left my wallet (along with my ID, cards, etc.) at a previous stop. He was professional, yet caring and allowed my daughter to open the account. I had never rented a storage unit before so he walked me thru the choices and answered all my questions.nnWe chose a unit and once it was all set up, we moved our things in with ease. The carts provided were sturdy and the wheels didn't wobble. The building is clean, well-lit and easily accessible while still maintaining the necessary security.nnI don't know how the price compares to other storage facilities in the area, but it can't be that much. And honestly, when you walk into the cool, bright building, it will be worth whatever the difference.nnThank you to Kenny and the rest of the staff for a fantastic job!

Fantastic climate controlled storage. Easily accessible 24/7. Bus stops close by. Great customer service. Should be considered before choosing storage.

This is a very clean facility. It is all climate control which makes it very comfortable. The manager Melissa went out of her way to accommodate me. She was very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. If you need a storage unit at a great price with great people give mini storage depot a try. You won't be disappointed.nnPaul M
