Kim was AMAZING! I booked the unit online and when I got to the office she had all the paperwork ready to go for me so it was really quick. She also went out of her way to make sure I knew exactly where my unit was and how to work the gate. Overall a really great experience. I highly recommend Kim and Metro Storage.
Kim is the best! Any time we’ve had storage needs, she’s taken care of us, and always goes above and beyond! She is the reason we choose this location even though it’s farther away from us than other locations. She truly adds value to this facility for us!

I’ve been looking in the west Knoxville area for a big enough storage facility for a few months, and finally found Metro! I’m super happy I did. The prices are great for what I was needing. I went in today and Dale was absolutely fantastic!! He showed me the exact unit I wanted, allowed me to inspect it, and explained everything to me about how they operate. He was super informative, very polite and respectful!! Exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!
