Rented online it was easy. Got a call from the manager at the site and she was super nice. Gave me the information needed and told me if I needed anything else to let her know. So far great experience.
Even though I ended up not needing the unit just yet, the customer service will have me coming back when I do! The ladies in the office were so nice and made me feel right at home. Will be doing business in the future!
They were very friendly and extremely helpful especially before I even came over there. Dena and her staff helped me from showing me what they had and opening one up to determining what I needed. Highly recommend them to everyone.
This is our third unit rental in this location. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dena provided great customer service by fitting the unit size to our needs and enabling online payments, which is very convenient. It’s our third rental because the experience is always this positive.
Stored here for a year. It was clean and well taken care of. Girls in the office were very nice and professional.
