We were very impressed with the storage units, and Kim was very helpful and accommodating.
Chapman Storage is so awesome! This brand new storage facility offers the best climate control storage units in south Knoxville. The locations is super clean, very secure, and offers cheap storage units near me! I got to meet the owner and he was so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Chapman Storage for anyone looking for storage units, climate control mini storage or drive up storage in the Seymour, TN area. 5 Stars!
Great facility and personnel. Easy access and flat area around grounds made the loading and unloading very doable. I recommend this facility without reservation.
The manager Kim is very dishonest, hateful, lies and this company is in the business of stealing your belongings.nnDon't trust them and make sure you buy your own Insurance on your storage units to cover your belongings. They intentionally increased the amount after the fact when made aware I was picking up my belongings with a U haul.nnDo not trust any Self Storage Facility because they are volchers coming in for the kill when we are in a pandemic crisis and citizens are hurting financially.nIt is sad how people like this will take everything you own and have no conscious and have to rob you and a disabled child to make a profit.
