I’ve rented a unit here for 1 day and I'm already incredibly disappointed in my experience.nnI was not given a key to unlock the company’s padlock on my unit. So when I went to move my stuff in there was no way to get into it. It was a Sunday so there was no one in the office. I called the after hours service multiple times trying to get someone to come down and open my unit. No correspondence. Manager showed up about an hour later as I decided to just cut the lock off.nnI hired someone to help move, as well as hired a baby sitter so I could do this. This was an entire waste of my time.

This storage place was one of the best storage places I’ve rented from in a while! Friendly staff and the new manager Kim was great and helped me find the perfect storage room for my stuff and my budget! and the whole storage place is really nice and super clean for a storage place, I highly recommend it!

Midland storage is one of the best places I have ever used to store my belongings. CLEAN CLEAN! NO BUGS! I had to store my things there for a year. Never had any issues. The staff is great and friendly! If I had any questions or concerns Brandy would help with solutions especially when I needed to downsize. It's climate controlled and 24 hour access. Very convenient. They have plenty of carts you can use to move your things about. Highly recommend! The bird in office is beautiful and will talk back! Thank's to everyone! Kristine

Mike was an absolute delight to work with. Professional, friendly, and courteous! The building and storage rooms were clean and well maintained. If I’m ever in need of storage again, in the Maryville area, I will definitely go back to Mid-land storage!
