Mark and Maggie own and operate 321 Storage. The property and units are clean, well maintained, safe and secure. They are always available to answer any questions you may have. The rates are very reasonable. You won't find two nicer people. Highly recommended.
We just emptied our storage unit at 321 Storage after nearly 2 1/2 years and wanted to write a review to applaud them for excellent customer service, well maintained facility, and excellent customer service and management. Also, we had our boat stored on a trailer for about a year and had the same great experience! We are sad to leave 321 Storage but have moved away from the Maryville area. We recommend 321 Storage and its management without reservation.
This has been the best self storage place I've worked with for several states and over a decade. Super, super attentive owner, very easy auto pay system, and very accommodating.
Staff is professional , friendly, and accommodating for special requests.nThe facility is well kept. I fell my assets are available and safe.
