He was working with another customer and told me he'd arrive within the hour! I was so thankful he came so quickly. He got the job done fast and was very fair with the price. I called him a week later to ask him to install a key lock and deadbolt on another door. He brought the fixtures, did the installation and again, charged a fair price for great quality work. We had an unusual door lock that had all identifying marks removed and needed repair. Rick needed a couple of trips, and some detective work and we were in business.
