Thompson auto sales has been using Delta Locksmith for over 8 years. Very dependable and honest hard working team. They even came to our car lot after hours on the weekend to solve a problem. Definitely recommend them!

I didn't have an experience with delta lock and key, after I was quoted a price 2 hrs after I called, it was outrageous. They wanted 4 times the amount of other establishments. They then said they were the cheapest, and tried to give me other numbers to call, but no need for that, I already had another quote. Anyone in need of a key service, I would recommend ACCESS UNLIMITED INC. Friendly people, prompt when you call, and a whole lot cheaper, and quality work. And to your reply sir, I'm very aware where ACCESS UNLIMITED INC. Is located. I live in Jefferson City, but work in Knoxville, less than a mile away from your establishment, so I was going to stop there on my way home after work. I was quoted $110 to have 1 key cut, granted it was a double sided lazer cut key for a lexus, but I decided to drive on to morristown and had 2 keys cut for $60. I even called Lexus of Knoxville, they only wanted $ 40 per key. Trust me I dont have you confused with anyone.

I'll never use this company again. Sure didn't know what they was doing the young guy said well am not able to make a new key for your ignition. My boss has a better machine he will have his boss to come out. I don't think they are legit and won't be using them ever again. Very very poor service he forced the key in my ignition I told him just stop it wasn't going to start before he does something to my starter. Please don't use these company!!!!!

An excellent company that really came through and helped me out of a jam. Lost both keys to one of our cars so they had to make one from scratch on the spot. Phillip was our locksmith and he was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I would highly recommend him and this company. Thanks Delta Lock.

I recently had a break in that required new locks in the house and Delta couldn’t have done a better job. The technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.
