Dell was referred to me by Keith Kor (Oak Ridge Locksmith) and Dell worked me in (I'm thinking first as he arrived at 8am) and he had it repaired in no time. He was professional, personable and reasonably priced. Hey Knoxville...use this guy!!!

Dell was very knowledgeable about the safe and was able to do exactly what I needed. I like the fact that he is the owner and don’t just send some “worker” to do a job. He does it himself. Will for sure recommend him to others.

Installed deadbolt and handle set. Professional and efficient. Took extra care to be neat and tidy area after work was complete. Will use again and highly recommend.

Dell was excellent!nnI originally called him to schedule a simple re-key on my new house immediately after closing. However, I discovered that the key we got only worked for the front doorknob. Plus, only two exterior doors had a deadbolt, which I did not have a key to.nnSo I called Dell shortly before the appointment & asked if he could install a couple dead-bolts & re-key additional locks. He was super flexible & made it all happen with virtually no advance warning. He made our first night in the house more enjoyable, knowing we were secure with our new locks.nnHighly recommend!

Dell was fantastic. We had a problem with the lock in our door but at first it appeared manageable and we told Dell ithat it could wait a few days. But then the lock pretty much failed and we knew we were in trouble. After we called Dell and told we had an emergency, Dell came right over, identified the problem immediately and took care of it right there and then -- all for a very reasonable fee. We recommend Dell to anyone.
