I called key me because I locked my keys in my car. After I called them I found my spare key and told them I no longer needed their services. Afterwards I got a call back telling me that I needed to pay a $30 charge for gas as they had called a locksmith already. I would have been fine paying for gas money but $30 is way too much for no service to have been provided!

I accidentally made a key that ended up being someone else’s house key and Keyme agreed to refund my purchase. I need to wait 10 business days before I can get it. I appreciated their kind gesture considering it was totally my fault. I ultimately went back and made another key. What a relief to know that I will get a refund

They answered immediately and called me back to let me know they could not get in touch with my son. They continued to call.

I tried this service and they had finished kn like 5 minutes and the Price was $214 very very expensive after they had left i check in other buissnesses and they're price range were between$60 to $90
