I came to Ben Barnett after a bad attorney client experience and I am so very thankful that I found him! For the past16 years I have used the legal services of Ben Barnett Law Firm. He is thorough, professional, kind, caring and overall the best person I could ever recommend to someone who is in need of an attorney. Any time someone ask me if I know an attorney, Ben is my go to answer. He has handled multiple situations for me as a business owner and also family matters. Exceptional service and outstanding work! I just cannot say enough about what a blessing Ben Barnett Law Firm has been to my family and me....being with him for 16 years says a whole lot more than words ever can.

I was actually told by them that the easiest thing to do was to just give my ex's lawyer what ever she wanted. I could do that without hiring a lawyer. My previous lawyer passed away while on the same case and was running the case perfectly. On the other hand the Barnett firm sent agreements to the other lawyer without my knowledge of things I hadn't actually agreed to. And was told that was the easiest thing to do. Again I could do that without an over priced lawyer. I went from a winning case to a hard fought case because I hired this firm. They are like used car salesmen, full of empty promises.

I saw Ben Barnett for a complicated legal matter. None of the other firms in Knoxville were able to help me. Ben was very patient, explained all of my options and assisted me at a very reasonable price. If you have a legal issue in East Tennessee, talk to Ben Barnett first!

No one enjoys going through a divorce but the folks at The Barnett Law Firm made things as painless as they could. I consulted with several firms before choosing The Barnett Firm. Due to COVID, the consultations were over the phone and Ben Barnett was by far the most impressive. He was patient and generous with his time, asked good questions and listened carefully to my responses. Matt Lamberth was the lead attorney on my case and he was fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with his representation. Responsive, knowledgable, professional, and most of all, kind. Divorce is tough but if you find yourself in a situation that necessitates it, Matt and Ben get my highest endorsement.

Mr. Lamberth Is very thorough. He listens and is very considerate. He goes above and beyond to meet your needs. If you have questions he is there to answer them no matter when it may be, on or off the clock. It is evident that his clients are important to him and he loves his job. I would highly recommend Matthew Lamberth if you want someone that is wholeheartedly dedicated to achieving your goal.
