Matt Ooten and his associates were very helpful during my disability process. They did my application and everything was done over the phone. I never had to go to their office for anything! They kept me informed of everything and made the process way easier then I thought it would be. I got approved at the initial stage and didn’t even have to go to court. Matt Ooten is the best lawyer for your money and he will get you the best deal you could get. I would recommend him to anyone with a criminal case. He is the best lawyer I have seen in years. He won't over charge you and he is very reasonable. He will personally call you on the phone to discuss your case and he will never leave you hanging. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. You will not find a better law firm in Tennessee.

Matt Ooten breaks the lawyer stereotype with grace and understanding. Matt not only listened to my case but heard me. I felt confident in his interpretation and never felt invalid or overlooked.nEven if my case turned out differently i would have no doubts everything was done to the fullest of Matt's ability. I would 100% recommend Mr. Ootten to anyone who is in need of an attorney! In my case I had a charge of aggravated assault (I did not commit the crime). That’s a very serious charge that qualifies as a felony which many probably know. Mr. Ooten got my charge completely dismissed! Any time I had a question or needed anything throughout my case, the office staff answered and helped immediately either themselves or by letting Mr. Ooten know I needed to speak with him. When that was the case, he always got back to me very quickly. They make you feel like they genuinely care about what you are going through. If ever I find myself in need of legal help again he will definitely be the one I call!
