Dad of 3. $3300 plus court costs and letters. My ex-wife was unstable and Kevin was on Christmas leave but responded to my urgent email of needing representation. Within 2 weeks he got a judge to sign Emergancy order awarded to me and for supervised visits of my ex-wife. My divorce case lasted from Jan-July which I was pleasantly surprised by. The portal they use to upload all of your documents is amazing! They are so organized! You can see everything going on with your case in real time. You don’t even Have to call. I used Kevin as my attorney during my divorce with my ex-wife and he was awesome the whole time. He got me full legal and physical custody of my kids! He’s very professional and a killer lawyer! I recommend him to everyone I know! Huge props to Erica his legal assistant too! They are all fantastic!

I started working with Kevin and his team in August of 2019 regarding custody and an order of protection suit. He and his team are very driven, compassionate, and are willing to do what it takes to win even when things in your case aren't cut-and-dry. Both Kevin and Maxey are very knowledgeable of family law and highly responsive. Their client portal is easy to use for communicating, uploading documents, keeping up with important dates, and paying attorney fees. Even when emotions ran high Kevin was always poised and calm in court. He made me feel better in high-stress situations. You get what you pay for here. I trusted Kevin and his team to pull through even when things got rough. It's really hard to find a lawyer who actually has a heart for your situation and will work with you on costs, but they do. Kevin and his team are absolutely phenomenal and I cannot recommend them enough. I plan to re-hire if I should ever need legal services in the future.

Kevin represented my partner a number of times. I believe at one point we had cases in 3 different counties all at one time, one of those being a federal case and we knew nothing about how that worked. Needless to say it was very stressful and confusing. Kevin and his team made this trying time so much easier for us and was very good at explaining how everything worked. They told us step by step what to do and worked very hard to help us through. He stayed in touch with us and was so easy to talk to. He’s very down to earth and talks to you in words that you can understand instead of “ lawyer language” and we never felt like we were being judged or looked down upon. He went above and beyond to get us outcomes better than we ever thought possible for every case. For me personally I felt like I was talking to a friend and not just a lawyer and his prices were more than fair for all the work he put into us. I would and have highly recommended him to anyone looking for a good, honest attorney that puts his clients first. We 1,000% recommend Kevin and his team!!! We are forever indebted to him for all he has done for us!!!

We have hired Maxey to represent use for a very difficult family matter , that has caused use quite a lot of emotional stress . And although the case is not over . I would like to say they are so helpful very professional and also answering questions in ways we understand them . The portal is amazing and she responds to every question we have ,which let me tell you is all the time and she is kind and answer everyone . We have also meet with Kevin and he is as kind as Maxey is and they really seem to know there stuff .nThey genuinely care about use and that’s means a lot .

So, glad that my case got transferred over to Kevin Shepherd. From the first moment I met Kevin I could tell that this experience was going to be way better than my previous experience. He was genuine and passionate and it is so nice to work with someone who cares.Today we won, today we high-fived and celebrated. I will never be able to express how thankful I am for all his hard work! You won't regret choosing this guy!
