Recently got my brand new Genesis G70 from here and I could not be happier with the quality of service that I received. I worked along with Mr. Greg Stewart who was absolutely spectacular. (Don’t live in Knoxville anymore and actually had to drive from another state to get my car.) Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!

I just purchased a Genesis 70 from Twin City Hyundai. I just love my new car. She sure is a beauty. Between the front grill and the rims. What more could a girl ask for. My Salesman was Julian Ensley. It was going to be a drive by and go look type of deal, except Julian came right out and greeted us with all smiles. He took the ease right out of being pressured. He total understood that I was just looking because I had five more months on my lease. That being said. We looked and compared the three different models always going back to the one in the showroom. I gave him all my information that he needed and told him see what he could do since I had to get to work that night. Julian also did his homework making sure he knew all the features on the car pointing everyone out to me. Oooh Technology ! Well the next day everything was in place the numbers all written down this is what we are giving you. No going back and forth with numbers. I was so impressed I was like ok we have a deal, papers signed - she was all mine. Julian made the process so easy, between his personality and his ability to listen and understand where I was coming from. He walked with me to the car to explain many of the features out. He just made us feel like he truly cared. We felt very comfortable in dealing with Julian and Twin City Dealership. Everyone was so pleasant at the dealership I can’t speak highly enough about them all. I give Julian and Twin City “5 STARS”. Thank you again Julian so such a easy process on my New Wheels.
