We were met as we hit the lot by Hudson who immediately took us to the SUV we had come to see. He made us feel like we had been his customer for years even though it was our first time there. The car did not have a tow hitch and it was not going to be easy but he did make some inquiries about it to see if there was anything he could do. Three hours later we were driving home in the new Chevy Equinox.

Wow! After 4 hours of waiting....they had respect for our time. Say one thing and then they did another! Salesman was great! The people in the sales office need to get there stuff together!
