I have bought several cars in my life and this was by far the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. No BS, great, extremely genuine, friendly experience. Brian is the MAN!!! And Tim had my paperwork and loan details ready for me the next day. With the best deal he could get me. So easy. Highly recommend.

Great place to stop when you're looking for a used car at a great price. I worked with Tim and Brian and could not be happier with my experience. This was my first auto purchase and they took the time to explain the process and what everything meant along the way. The interior was welcoming with a comfortable environment and I especially loved the office plants. :)

Tim helped me get financing for my affordable, dream car. Told him what I wanted and how much was available for a down payment. It took one day and he'd found financing with a low monthly payment. When I got there Brian had the car pulled around for me to test drive. Tim had all my paperwork ready, answered all my questions, made the buying experience super simple yet very informative with no hidden surprises. A few good surprises, like a slightly lower monthly payment than expected. I was so nervous before I got there, but the friendly, helpful, and honest staff made car buying a breeze. I highly recommend it, especially for those getting their first car on a loan. A++

We recently bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from Brian at Alcoa Auto Center. Our car buying experience was exceptional. We are US citizens that live and work in Europe. We were returning to the states and needed to buy a used car and needed to do it quickly. We found the car we wanted online at Alcoa Auto Center and Brian was kind enough to hold the car for us until we arrived in the states to test drive it. I had gone to see a different vehicle and was saddened that it had been sold. Brian was very helpful and friendly. He suggested my mom and I tour the lot to see if anything else interested me (there was such a variety of vehicles to choose from). He gave me space to explore. When I found the Subaru Forester, he brought out the key quickly for me to look inside. There was no pressure for me to take a test drive or to purchase my vehicle. After the test drive, Brian and Tim made the buying process easy and quick. I definitely recommend Alcoa Auto Center if you are looking for your next vehicle. Reasonable prices and friendly, polite staff.
