Me and my wife recently purchased a RAM 1500 from there and we had a great experience. They gave us a very generous trade in value and a good value on the truck. I can’t remember the ladies name that dealt with us but she was very patient and really tried to get us a deal we were comfortable with and we didn’t feel rushed at all even though it was past their close. Very honest and welcoming people with my experience.
Bought a truck there that needed a couple of cosmetic parts. Sales manager stated that he had them on order and the parts should be in within a week or so and that I could have them to fix the truck. I called back in a week’s time and he pushed me off to someone else and told me to call back in a week. I called back in a week and I got the same song and dance. This repeated for a month. It’s been 6 months now and I still have no parts nor has anyone from the dealership ever contacted me about it. I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
Sold my vehicle. Reasonable price. Very good folks to work with.
Buyer beware. Purchased a vehicle, the next day the transmission went. They say they replaced it, and made us feel bad that they made no money off this car. Two months later, we’re having engine problems. This car has been an overall nightmare. And with no warranty, we’re at a loss.
Awful customer service. Liars. They will say anything you want to hear to get you to purchase a vehicle. Every vehicle on the lot has problems. They mask every vehicle to make them look like they run good. Cars wont last you a week/500 miles. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE FOLKS.
