Beautiful setting in the country with mountain views, yet close to everything including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.nNice spaces with shade trees.nNice manager. I reccomend this place!
Landlord refuses to fix anything. I rented from there twice both times within a week almost everything.broke down. Ac. The fridge. Heat. Landlord said he would fix but after two months of waiting it became clear he would not. 100% would not recommend. On a plus side the view was spectacular. Peaceful and quite. Small pets are allowed so that's a huge plus. But be prepared to pay $200 or more a week plus having to fix all the problems with the campers out of pocket.
