My family and I stayed here last week, our first time in a camper (33 foot toy hauler) with full hookup. It couldn’t have been better. Susan and Cindy in the front office were great, and Cindy’s husband, Brian, helped us when we were in a small pinch. The campsite was beautiful, with gorgeous lakefront property and some hiking trails to explore. We also went offsite to do some hiking in the Smokies, tour the Lost Sea caverns, and see Fort Loudon, all within short drives. Would do it all again in a heartbeat. 5 stars!
We usually enjoy our time at Lotterdale Cove campground. This time however was different. While we don’t care about political signs at all, we do care about vulgar signs for politicians. The advertisements were not appropriate for any type of family atmosphere. My wife and I have a philosophy that we do not support businesses who take political positions and will no longer go back there.
Best campground we have been to all summer! Family friendly, we stayed right on the water and had a blast! We weren’t packed in like sardines like the last camping place we stayed at. Definitely spacious and a nice quiet place for families to just have some good old fashion fun.
Absolutely great lakeside views and access right from the camping sites. Looked clean and well kept and had gated entry.
Very quiet campground with friendly staff and excellent lake access. The spots were large with concrete picnic tables and fire ring grill all in good condition.
