They did not schedule patient a return trip home from a doctor appointment, and then when the patient called to see where they were they said he didn't schedule it and he would have to wait at least 3 hours likely before a driver could come. This is a frequent customer of theirs who has always required a return trip. This is very sad and ridiculous that this man is waiting that long to get a ride and he does not have a lot of options since he is in a large wheelchair. Also our business closes soon and someone will have to wait with him from our office, because we would not let a patient sit outside in this 90 degree heat waiting on a ride for 3 hours.

Drivers are friendly and courteous. Scheduled times are not meet and can never talk with person to call for pickup. Always, get voice mail.

The services at ETHRA are so valuable and needed for our Blount County community. From low-cost public transportation to housing vouchers and more, ETHRA meets the needs of those who are in crisis. Great public program!

They pick you up 2 hours early prior to your appointment and 2 to 3 hours late returning to pick you up! They over book and over work the drivers.
