I called into the office with an issue about my water bill several weeks ago. It was so much higher than normal, and I didn't understand why. I spoke with a woman named Kelsie over the phone. She helped me problem shoot and stayed on the phone with me the whole time. I found out that I had a leak on my side of the meter. She proceeded to tell me about their leak adjustment policy that they offer. I contacted a plumber and got my leak fixed. She was amazing. Definitely be sure to keep her!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and unfortunately no other options. I have paid bill in full per the balance on the statement and they keep saying it was not paid in full. When you check the balance it continues to change and will state it is not due for several weeks.nThey will wait until their office closes before they decide to turn your water off and keep you stranded.nNo one in the office will help you and when you call after hours they sat call back the next day.nI also feel it is a shame they want to charge someone a 50.00 late fee.

My husband and I bought a house in September of 2019. When I transferred the water into my name I was told I would get the bill in November. November came and went and I called about my bill twice. Both times I was told there was no bill generated. December rolls around and a neighbor brought me mail that they said they received that day and included was my water bill, that had been due the day before. To my surprise my water bill was $425. Now keep in mind I get this bill 2 weeks before Christmas and we have 4 children. I call the office and explain the situation and also question how in the world we have a $425 bill! The staff had no answers and didn’t really seem to care about my issue either. To top it off they charged me a $50 late fee. I asked if the fee could be removed since the bill was huge, with no explanation, and because Christmas was right around the corner. The woman explained she would have to ask the manager and that she would get him. Quentin, the manager, wouldn’t get on the phone and only told the employee no. So I went down there myself to talk to him and he HID BEHIND THE WOMEN IN THE OFFICE and refused to come over and talk to me. To this day I go in and pay my bill and he hides and won’t come out until I’m gone. I have also never received another bill anywhere close to being that high. These people, especially the manager Quentin, are not good people and I wish I had another choice in a water company because I’d switch in a heartbeat. Beware of this company.

There are some negative reviews on here, so I would like to share my experience. I mainly dealt with lady named Kelsey. We didn't get to meet in person, since I was out of state at the time for new service. However, she made sure to help me get the paperwork I needed to start service. She really went the extra step to make sure we were taken care of. Just a very friendly person all around. Customer service was taken to another level. Thank you Kelsey again.

The crew that repaired the water break at 1348 Tomahawk Drive on Tuesday September tenth did an outstanding job! The crew was courteous and professional!
