Cowboy Tubin

I’m not one to leave bad reviews. My sister and I walked in with my 2 year old niece. We simply just walked in for information. A lady worker there was very rude with her tone. No greeting. No introduction. She looks at me and goes “How old is she?” and I said “oh she’s two. I’m just looking for information for my family for tomorrow.” and the lady continued to use a nasty tone reminding me that my niece is 2 and I shouldn’t be taking her out. I wouldn’t have had a problem leaving her at home if she couldn’t do it. But the lady didn’t give me a chance to explain my situation. Not that I need to anyways. If i could give zero stars I would. GO TO RIVER RATS. They are organized and provide everything you could need. I was also able to bring my 2 year old niece and she loved every second and it was safe. So the cowboy tubin wasn’t helpful and very rude.

Me and my boyfriend only go here!!! The staff is amazing!!! Before going here the first time we read the reviews was a little worried about going but I’m so glad we did all the reviews about staff being rude is most likely a lie we have never had a bad time!!! They let you know if the water is really low so you can know what your getting into. As far as the rapids they can’t control the water that is nothing they can control!!! And for kids we take our 4 and 9 year old often and they love it!!! Our 4 year old sits on one of our laps instead of a tube and we have no problem getting down the creek.

Very friendly and helpful with loading and unloading tubes from can. It was just a short 5 minute ride up the road for an hour worth of fun tubing. I would recommend to take water shoes they make it much easier getting in and out of the water. We will be going back.

Myself, My three children & my mother, all decided to go tubin' while visiting Gatlinburg. We had heard the best about Cowboy Tubin & decided to go with their company. We were not disappointed. We had a blast & our driver was a very sweet fella who said he works there two days a week. He made us feel very comfortable just by making conversation with us & wishing us a good time. I only wish that I could remember his name. The next time we visit TN we will definitely be back to Cowboy Tubin!

We tried going to Cowboy Tubin. They told one of the guys in our group with a slight handicap that he should watch training video to gage difficulty then make a choice. After we all watched it, he told them that he still felt safe and capable of going. Then they said they wouldn't let him go. We respect their right to refuse business but didn't like that we all signed waivers, watched a video, and then told no. Would have appreciated them being up front and not wasting our time.nnWe went next door to River Rage and LOVED it. So accommodating and friendly. Had no problem tubing!
