What a gem of a fishing spot. Nice little dock to fish from. Quiet and very nice. The restrooms are closed now so be prepared. I didn't use the boat ramp so I can't speak to that. But I saw several small and mid-sized boats put in with ease.
My favorite public ramp. I fish from a kayak and I have never experienced any rudeness from the boaters launching there. Once the restrooms are reopened, it would be perfect.
Wow. What a great family environment! There's boating and swimming. Very enjoyable. I can't wait to go here again!
Too many people hanging around the boat ramp swimming and loitering. I was worried about backing over one of the many unattended children. Only wondering why DNR has a picnic table right there at the ramp.
Needs better signage. Too many cars without boat trailers parking where the boat trailers need to park. Parking space are really tight. It has a small beach area to swim, and camping sites all around.
