I'm waiting for my chicken and they even haven't given it to me they told me to wait and wait and cars keep passing me as i wait. I hate it so much they gave me tea as i wait for the love of everything fired these people and hire new people that take their jobs seriously is it to much to ask is it

I'm getting really frustrated. We go once or twice a month. The last 2 times we paid for all white meat and got mixed. Today we ordered an 8pc mixed and got 7 pieces with no wings in it. The wings are the reason I eat it. I worked in fast food for years so I keep trying to give them a chance, but 3 out of 3 orders, messed up, is just incompetence. It's no longer a mistake.
KFC will always be KFC. Best fried chicken and sides and now really great French fries. Different than anyone else. I would say they nailed it. Food is always fresh and service is good.
