The hostess was nice. Took about 20 minutes of us sitting waiting for our waitress to show up at our table. (She never come and had to bring it up to hostess) So, another waitress took our table. She was nice and on top of everything.
Had an amazing time this afternoon with my family. Our waitress Mara was fantastic, she really made us feel welcome. The manager Laura also stopped by our table and she was really sweet. I had the brisket sandwich and it was amazing. I highly recommend coming to this Fatz. I will definitely be coming back.
First time, not planned, stopped overnight on my way back to Georgia. Pretty decent restaurant. A few staff was a teeny bit overwhelmed, but its it's understandable in some instances. My to-go order was not as expected, but overall, the food was good. I would definitely recommend and probably come back. I don't know if this is a chain or franchise. No photos this time.

I travel often in my field, practical all over the United States. This is the worst service I have ever had. It seems like the place is ran by kids. Food came out cold about an hour later. My salad came out after my tasteless steak. Took about 49 minutes to see some rolls with butter come out. I believe I saw a manager but she was too busy chatting away with one table. Very disappointed.
