Waited for over an hour and a half. Which is understandable however we were repeatedly told they were waiting on one table to leave to sit us. Meanwhile multiple parties were seated ahead of us. When it came out time we were separated for to having 5 people and a baby. Should have been told in the beginning they could not seat our “large” party together. A manager should have stepped out but no: horrible service we will not return
Let me say we had an hour wait however when we walked in and were seated- we were greeted, had drinks and an appetizer in less than 10 minutes. Food was hot and delicious and our service was fantastically. Great anniversary date night !
My wild west shrimp didn't taste all that great
My wife and I enjoyed a nice lunch here. We have been here at least 4 times. The staff is nice, and the food is good. The wait time can be an issue sometimes but you have to know what day of the week is best for you.
This review is specifically for the restaurant located near the Magnolia Mall in Florence, SC.nWe visit Longhorn often and have been to multiple locations but this visit was the worst ever.nI love Longhorn and hate to have to leave a negative review but this place should be closed before it ruins their reputation.nLunch on Thursday, 3 adults 2 kids.nThis was a meeting point for us to leave grandchildren with aunt as we traveled on vacation.n1 1/2 hours for a quick lunch.nMedium steak literally had blood pouring out of it.nEverything (and I mean everything) had so much seasoning dumped on it that it was burning everyone's lips.nThe musty smell was overwhelming.nThe server was trying but still re extremely slow.nnNormally I would have asked to speak the manager in a situation like this but it was obvious that it wouldn't do any good. For things to be that bad there is no way that the manager doesn't already know it and doesn't care.
