Despite the fact that I had a birthday reward to use on my app and the employee saw that it was there when she looked at my phone she insisted that she couldn’t see the reward on her end after scanning my app and made me pay for my drink on my birthday. Not a huge deal.. I get that technical errors happen, but her attitude was terrible.

It is always what that is when persons who provide unimpressive customer service (at that location for that company more than some others), are simply, characteristically unaware of what could be better in different settings/think that the performance provided is well. And that not exclusive of any context where another person would touch a customer’s device and go into other topics instead of addressing the issue at hand after an application/order problem that already delayed service; there are different forms of negligence/in attentiveness. And while I may edit this later, I also here add that in contexts with application service errors, it is also more disappointing when different companies retain explicitly removed payment information or continue to send emails after subscriptions are cancelled. It/ that really takes away from the appreciate valuation of the technology, platform engineering, and models and resources of the industries....And if upon some unsolicited prompt for product review for one party was provided by a third party platform for a product a third party platform already recommended .... (not stating that this is not parking lot, rain wet socks articulation following other activities/actions that might warrant__________ or require_________of a __________ (type) of person who....(etc.)

Placed a pickup order. Came up to an astonishing line! However, while I was there no cars left the line and it was handled smoothly! Order was completely correct as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Great job guys!

I love Starbucks but the app is terrible. I couldn't purchase my drink because of 2 step verification even though I have $25 in my account. The employees there were awesome!
