Over the past year or so that this business has been open the customer service and speed of service has declined continuously. At first the employees were professional and friendly, but not anymore. I just spent ten minutes on “hold” while on an open line. I got to hear the employees yell and curse at one another while forgetting about me. Thanks for that. On another occasion I had a female employee at the counter ask me if i’m really not leaving a tip. For what? you being rude to me over the phone while I made my order? Not acknowledging me while I stood at the counter waiting on you? The sole reason my wife and I keep coming back to this place is due to them being the only ones in the area who sell bubble tea, and she loves the drink (I never drink it myself). If there was ANYONE else in Louisville who had as much variety and sold a good product we would be taking our business there. Two stars only due to the quality of product.

Obsessed with this tea. So delicious, friendly staff and not overpriced. You may have to wait a bit simply because they take on A LOT of online orders, but certainly worth the wait. I recommend the classic milk boba tea with 50% sweetness. Or the Taro milk boba tea with 50% sweetness. Delicious!!!

When sharetea first opened, we really liked them. They were friendly and service was fast and accurate. The last few times, the orders were off. A wrong topping or the boba was hard. No biggie we will live. But today, I waited for 20 minutes while I watched everyone else (who ordered after me) come and go with their drinks, while mine sat on the counter melting. I asked if they were my drinks and was told yes. I asked the barista why mine were just sitting there and everyone else was having their name called. He turned his back to me while I was talking to him and didn't even acknowledge me or that my drinks were melted and separated. The drinks were watered down and just down right gross. We will no longer be a customer of sharetea after such disrespect. We really wanted to support this local asian business as we are asian ourselves, we've been customers quite often, but this was the last straw.

My friends and I decided to go one day on impulse- I had never tried boba before and it was so good! If you aren’t a tea person, don’t fret! They have cold coffee options too. They also have some that are almost like a milkshake consistency, like an Oreo one that we got that day. If you are a texture person you may not like the boba pearls, but that’s totally okay! You can ask for your drink without them. 10/10 would recommend this spot.
