Been passing by this place for awhile and decided to give it a try. It was worth the stop! Delicious wings, chicken tenders, fried green tomatoes and fried gizzards we were the chiices we made. 15-20 minutes later it was ready to go home with us. Fresh and delicious, hot and perfectly cooked. The fried green tomatoes were especially tasty. Service was courteous and friendly, lively chatter and laughter from a happy kitchen. The wings were huge, the tender moist and juicy with the perfect light coating. The fries were a perfect crisp and salted well. Henry and the other owner were awesome. We had issues getting a rental car at the airport and were late. It was just about closing time and they stayed open and even kept the dining room open so we didn't have to eat outside. The food was amazing. Very large portions that tasted so good. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to stop again. Hopefully a little earlier so we don't keep Henry from closing.
