Cannot say enough good things about the Georgetown location off Highmarket Street. The customer service was amazing and they genuinely listened and addressed every concern I had with my vehicle. If your looking for quality, trustworthy work, completed by very qualified staff, with a price that is on point for the everyday person, this is definitely where you need to go for your automotive needs.
They are awesome! On Sunday I had a tire that needed replacing. They didn't have one for my car, but even though extremely busy put my spare on and didn't charge me. I was very relieved and grateful because I had driven from Charleston for the day. I would give them 10 stars if that was a choice.
Have been coming here for a few jobs I needed done. They know exactly what they're doing and for an affordable price. Heather helped me out and was very professional. I was stranded on my way through Georgetown on my way to work with a hot engine light that had just come on. I was a walk in - and they just made it happen. Excellent service today from these guys! Rob the manager was polite professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. You can tell these guys really work together as a team for the best experience possible.
Very professional and clean environment.nnEstimates are pretty accurate and its very affordable to get a lot straighten out with just a visit so don't be shy about getting a little extra done to keep your car in shape. Just approaching a turn feels completely different after my last visit.
