great staff, great management team!!! they got me into a car for a payment that I could afford and on a vehicle that fits all my wants and needs!!! Thanks Mike Mayzak for helping me to get out of the situation I was in!!! I will definitely refer this dealership to anyone that wants to be treated fairly and with great service!!!
Completely wonderful to buy a car from! I live over 2 hours away from the dealership and was able to do almost everything over the phone. Coudnt ask for better sales people like Cedrick and Isaiah. The manager Nick was awesome as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
The service department did not return my calls. I called three time in a day.nI decided to go to the dealership to schedule service for my car. I was told they would service my car right away. After waiting 45 min. my car did not enter the service bay. I spoke to the manager and was told they would get right on it. As I waited, I witnessed three other customers who voiced dissatisfaction with the dealership.nI was horrified that there was No CDC guide lines for the pandemic posted. None of the employees wore mask. No posting for social distancing or observance of social distancing. And no atmosphere of professionalism. I am looking for another dealership for my automotive needs. Very unsatisfied. Melvin Wilkerson
Inquired Friday about Chevy Silverado High Country for sale.. was called back and was assured the truck was there and set up an appointment for Saturday at 10:00 to see the truck. Drove 2 hours to dealership for my appointment and once I pull in the sales rep had nothing to say. I had to say what I was there for and sales rep NEVER introduced himself or nothing. He goes to his computer for a couple of minutes and tells me the truck had been sold over a week ago!!!! I said y’all called me and said it was there!!! Needless to say the sales rep who still hasn’t introduced himself says “ he can sell me another truck “ REALLY???The dealership is very small and should easily update their website and any other sites they advertise on! I wasted Saturday morning and paid for gas for nothing! Complete and total waste of time! If they give negative stars I would give that to them.
Mike Jones and Wayne the finance director are the best in the car business! They make you feel like family and never rush you...Its not all about the money to them..They will give you an affordable price yet affordable car..I dont know how Wayne and Mike do it! I highly recommend Cheraw Chevy and love Mike and Wayne...hats off guys.You are the best!!!!]
