The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond in customer service today. He helped me find a tow truck and even called a mechanic when our van broke down over 300 miles away from home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and customer service.

My father has been renting from her for years and today they wouldn't use his visa debit card. Was told needed a major credit card for the deposit then the ran my credit card card for $580 dollars. The lady was rude and you have lost a customer whom used this service 2-4 times a year for the past 8 yrs. He had to go to a different company and paid up front.

Absolutely awful. Our car we picked up this morning was violently shaking and we couldnnot get anyone to answer to swap out. I called this location for 50 minutes straight as we drove on 95 and they never answered.

Good customer service! Pricing is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE so that's why the 2 stars. Fees for everything.
