This was the first year I filed with my own business and I could not believe how much they charged me. It was over $500, over three weeks and an employee at the Cheraw office lied to me. I spoke to them on a Thursday morning and it had been 23 days. She told me that my date was for the next day and it should be in my account either the next day or within three days. The next day, nothing, Saturday, a letter in the mail statingthe IRS wanted to verify my identity. My question is why would they tell me that at H& R Block if the IRS stayed something else???
