I have tried to calm down, but feel others need to know...Five Star came to paint the interior of my house. They agreed to come again after two weeks or so to ensure we were satisfied with the painting. That being said, payment was required the moment they were finished painting.nThat should have been a sign, but yes, I trusted them.nThere were multiple streaks throughout the house. After several attempts to contact the supervisor, my husband had to call in order to get anything done.nnFive Star sent the same supervisor, that I was adamant not to have return. There are still streaks, but honestly, it is not worth the fight.nToday, several months later, I noticed the valence of my blinds was crooked. After looking at it, I noticed it had been taped back into place. The painters had broken the backs of the clips and did not even bother to let me know. They just taped it back in place.nnMy personal opinion, when one pays to have their house professionally painted, integrity should be part of the expectation.
I have used 5 star painting for both my personal home and or my clients home. Each time the crew did a professional job, were courteous and friendly. I felt each job was good value for the outstanding service they provided
