WORST OWNER IVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE! Asked for a key removal they charged me for that AND MORE ud83eudd23 I ended up paying 204$. We met up with a guy at his home which was super weird paid him $204 which was way higher than we thought upon our arrival I told the man three times that I had a spare key for my vehicle he insisted when we got there that the key that he saw in my vehicle which was not the only key that we had was very thin and insisted the others I have won’t work that we get another one made well we get there and he’s already made us two spare keys and charged us $80 for them ud83eudd2c so I can the guy the next day and he completely acts like he has no idea who I am or what I’m talking about starts to talk at me telling me to be nice be a “good girl” CREEPY and he’ll make sure I’m happy” instead of just giving me a refundud83eudd22ud83eudd2e MY HUSBAND INSTANTLY calls the man named SCOTT MINIK and confronted him on the way he spoke to a woman and better yet a customer! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND OUR MONEY BUT I GUESS WELL SEE

I am very impressed with this place,they had my door unlocked in less than 20 minutes and they were very friendly. I would recommend this place if you ever have any issues. Staff is great and very helpful. Thank you ambassadors you have a customer for life.
